Using this website

These terms govern your use of omnetsystems.com and its public information. By using the site, you agree not to interfere with it, misuse it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Product information and beta releases

Product pages describe current public information, not a promise of future availability or capability. AgentWall is a beta product with documented limits. Review the release notes, verification material, and capability information before installing or relying on it.

No security guarantee

Security tools reduce specific risks; they do not eliminate risk. Do not treat public product information, a beta release, or AgentWall output as a guarantee that an action is safe, complete, compliant, or free from loss. You remain responsible for reviewing your agents, systems, and important work.

Downloads and third parties

Downloads may be hosted through third-party services such as GitHub. Their services have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for checking release verification material before installing a download.

Enterprise discussions

A waitlist submission starts a conversation; it does not create a subscription, service commitment, or data-processing agreement. Any enterprise service, if offered, will be governed by its own written agreement.

Intellectual property and feedback

The site, brand, and public materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you send feedback, you allow Omnet to use it without an obligation to compensate you, while keeping any personal information subject to the Privacy Notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and public materials are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Omnet disclaims warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
