Website use

Omnet does not run advertising trackers or website analytics. Your theme choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember light or dark mode; Omnet does not receive that choice. Like most websites, the hosting and network services that deliver the site can process basic request information, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs, to operate and protect the service.

When you contact us by email, your email provider and ours process the information in that message. Please do not send secrets, access tokens, raw AgentWall activity, or other sensitive material by email.

AgentWall Personal Mode

• Your AgentWall settings, rules, and activity history stay on your computer by default.
• Personal mode does not upload what your agent does. The desktop app may send an anonymous app-open count with no installation ID, commands, file paths, rules, or activity history.
• The activity viewer runs only on your computer.
• Cloud dashboards and team-wide reporting are not part of the personal product today.

Enterprise Inquiries

Enterprise interest is handled entirely by email. When you contact Omnet about AgentWall Enterprise, we use your message and email address only to respond, discuss early access and availability, and evaluate enterprise pilot opportunities.

We keep only the email correspondence itself. It does not include agent activity, commands, device data, tracking identifiers, or unrelated analytics, and it is not added to any marketing list.

Correspondence is kept while the conversation and the enterprise access program are active, and is deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, email support@omnetsystems.com. Include the email address you wrote from so Omnet can locate the correspondence.

You can also ask Omnet to stop sending early-access or pilot updates at any time by emailing the same address.

Sharing, retention, and choices

Omnet does not sell personal information. We use service providers only to operate the website and email; they process data for those purposes. We do not use enterprise correspondence for advertising profiles.

Enterprise correspondence is retained while the program is active and as needed to respond to a request, then reviewed for deletion. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion using the contact address above.

This notice may change when the product or data handling changes. The effective date above tells you when it was last updated.
