Clear, limited data handling.

This notice explains how Omnet handles AgentWall personal-mode data and information submitted through the AgentWall Enterprise waitlist.

AgentWall Personal Mode

  • Config, policy, audit data, and the local viewer stay on your machine by default.
  • Personal mode does not upload agent activity. The optional anonymous check-in is off by default and sends no commands, paths, policy, or audit data.
  • The local viewer binds to 127.0.0.1 only and reads your local audit store.
  • Enterprise fleet dashboards and cloud upload are not part of the day-one personal product.

Enterprise Waitlist

Omnet uses waitlist submissions to provide early-access and availability updates, evaluate enterprise pilot opportunities, and respond to related inquiries.

The waitlist stores only work email, company, source, consent-copy version, submission time, and lead status. The lead record does not include agent activity, commands, device data, tracking identifiers, or unrelated analytics. Short-lived request data is used only in memory to limit abuse and is not added to lead records.

Waitlist records are kept while the enterprise access program is active and as needed to respond to the request. Omnet reviews the records periodically and deletes them when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, email support@omnetsystems.com. Include the work email used for the submission so Omnet can locate the record.
